NEW WORKMANSHIP: LLPT RV tape is new version after collecting feedbacks from users. The top is a smooth rubber layer, UV resistant, which is designed for long lifespan under cold & hot weather, the rubber layer resists curling during application and super easy to clean. The middle is a 100% butyl adhesive layer, extra butyl and sticky for watertight sealing. The backing is an oil paper layer instead of film to avoid overflow of adhesive and easier peeling off, keep the application neat & clean.
APPLICATION: Suggested working temperature is between -60 to 250F; suitable to seal and repair RV roof, motorhome, window, trailer, fifth wheel, door, airstream, van, vent, bus, camper roof and so on. Work on glass, fiberglass, wood, coated or uncoated metals, plastic, rubber at tight corners, curves and most jagged surfaces. IMPORTANT NOTE: Butyl adhesive works extremely well if the surface is dry, wet and moisture surface will weaken the bonding ability.
FEATURES: Laminated with rubber and industrial single side butyl adhesive for non-drying, non-hardening and extremely working temperature that provides easy installation, easy forming, quick molding, mess free, flexible, air tight sealing, waterproof, high viscosity and elasticity. EASY TO USE: : LLPT Sealant RV Tape delivers easy molding and instant adhesion to the surface of object; simply clean and DRY the surface first for better bonding and release the butyl tape to areas you want to seal with proper press all around the tape; the ideal installation temperature is around 10 Celsius degree, too low will make the tape stiffer and too high, it might cause excess adhesive all around the tape after application.
